We do not guarantee that your food or clothing order will be picked 100% according to your request. However, we will do our best to provide items as close as possible, given our current inventory.
Food items constantly change based on daily incoming donations. We will do our best to keep our website up-to-date. Likewise, specific clothing item colors and sizes may be out of stock.
These resources are to be ordered by the “Case Manager” only. A case manager is defined as someone working on someone else’s behalf.
We WILL NOT ALLOW YOUR CLIENTS to pick up resources directly, so please do not ask. Additionally, please do not share any of our contact information with your clients. We do not want them calling us asking for specific items.
Orders can usually be picked within 24-48 hours (Monday through Friday). All resources must be picked up by a case manager within your group, or delivered on the next scheduled delivery date (if we have a delivery arrangement with your organization).
